REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By completing the online registration, whether paying online or offline, you agree to the registration terms and associated costs. 

MEMBER REGISTRATION MUST MATCH MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
Effective 8/1/16, registration selection for any training, event, or annual conference MUST reflect the individual's membership level on record, (A. Homeless; B. Formerly Homeless/Low-Income Resident/Senior, Student; C. Advocate; D. E., F., G., and H. Full Organizational) and may NOT be combined.
(EXAMPLE: Students must be Level B. Student Members of AZHC and register as students, regardless of employer or organizational affiliation and membership.)

ONLINE PAYMENT NOW REQUIRED
Effective 10/3/16, IMMEDIATE ONLINE PAYMENT by credit card is required for ALL events, trainings, and annual conference at time of registration, otherwise registration is incomplete. To pay by check, please contact Marisol Ortega at marisol@azhousingcoalition.org, or by calling (602) 340-9393, ext. 101.

EVENTS & TRAINING
  • CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests must be received no later than THREE (3) FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT/TRAINING START DATE in order to receive a full refund. 
    Cancellations for events & training WITHIN THREE (3) FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT START DATE will be billed at the Not-Yet-Member rate.
  • NO-SHOWS: No-shows to events & training will be billed at the Not-Yet-Member rate.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON ENDING HOMELESSNESS
  • 10% MEMBER DISCOUNT: ANNUAL CONFERENCE
    Registration for three (3) or more organizational members (Levels D., E., F., G., and H.) are eligible for a 10% discount. To receive this discount, please complete the discount request form at azceh.org/discount. Otherwise, the discount will not apply.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CONFERENCE ADMISSION
    In an effort to streamline registration and check-in at the conference, you will receive your conference name badge in the mail within ten (10) business days of receipt of payment of registration -- YOUR NAME BADGE IS YOUR ADMISSION TICKET TO THE CONFERENCE. All badges include a bar code unique to each paid registrant which will be scanned upon entry. Your badge MUST be on your person at all times throughout the entirety of both days of the conference in order to be admitted.

  • WHAT IF I LOSE MY NAME BADGE?
    You are responsible for your name badge, and those of anyone else you register. You may request a re-print at the cost of $5.00 per badge up until Friday, September 22nd, 2017. All replacement badge orders after that time must be requested at the door the day of the event for a $5.00 replacement charge.

  • WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE, OR ONLY ATTEND ONE DAY?
    All name badges will come with an alternate badge -- simply register the individual attending the first day, and then write-in the name of your alternate attendee for the second day and they're all set for conference admission.
    PLEASE NOTE: All badges include a bar code unique to each paid registrant which will be scanned upon entry. In the event that both the registrant and the alternate badge are checked-in on-site, i.e. two people attempt to attend under ONE paid registration, you will be invoiced for the additional conference entry at the Non-Member rate.

  • CANCELLATIONS TO ANNUAL CONFERENCE
    Cancellation of paid registrations to the annual conference will be refunded in full if received IN WRITING to info@azhousingcoalition.org no later than Friday, September 22nd, 2017.
    NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THIS DATE

  • HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR BADGES?
    If it has been more than ten business days since you completed payment for your registration and you haven't yet received your badge(s), or to complete payment, please contact Marisol Ortega at marisol@azhousingcoalition.org or by calling (602) 340-9393, ext. 101. 

  • PARKING: Ample parking is available in the conference center parking lot. However, overflow parking is available across the street to the northwest of the conference center at Rose Mofford Sports Complex. 

Please DO NOT park in the Veterans Administration (VA) parking lot to the south of the conference center or you may be subject to a parking ticket.

ANNUAL BALANCE OF STATE QUARTERLY MEETING 

Please note, registration to attend the Balance of State Continuum of Care (BOSCOC) Quarterly Representatives' Meeting is separate from Conference registration and does NOT grant access to any other conference programming, including sessions, meals, snacks, or beverages, unless full conference registration has been purchased at a Member, Presenter, or Non-Member rate. If you would like to attend the conference, you may register and pay for full conference attendance up until Friday, September 22nd by clicking HERE, or contacting us at info@azhousingcoaliton.org to learn more.
