The Arizona Coalition to End Homelessness seeks to provide a variety of education, training, and networking opportunities for our Member Agencies and other homeless service providers, in addition to the Annual Conference to End Homelessness. It is the goal of AZCEH to assist in the development of a highly-skilled workforce, equipped with best practices in ending homelessness, which includes training on Arizona's adopted coordinated assessment, the SPDAT (Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool), motivational interviewing, diversion, trauma-informed care, permanent supportive housing, and much more. Check out the AZCEH Events Calendar for upcoming events and ways to get involved!
ANNUAL CONFERENCE: October 2nd & 3rd, 2017
Education for our members and community stakeholders is at the center of our mission of ending homelessness. Our signature event is the Annual Statewide Conference on Ending Homelessness, is presented in the fall each year. This two-day conference is the premiere event for the homeless services industry in Arizona, attracting 400-500 participants from the public and private sectors; including civil service employees, direct service providers, homeless school liaisons, volunteers and Arizonans that are currently or formerly homeless. The event showcases dynamic storytellers and prominent leaders in the field of ending homelessness as keynote speakers, sessions on collaborative, innovative and best-practice solutions, an awards ceremony to honor excellence in our communities and is an excellent opportunity for peer support and networking. For more information, please visit the Annual Conference page.
